Michael's Story

Michael is many things.  Michael is a family man, a husband to wife Alma, and father to son Ethan.  They are his pride and joy and help him stay grounded when he gets off track.  Michael is a leader in his Church Media/Tech Ministry and has worked within his local church for over 10 years.  In this time Michael has seen many changes.  Changes in the amount of people attending church services but also changes to the technology used to help his community both in person and online.  Michael's career background has been in technology helping a major computer/phone brand with their customer service and has a mind for problem solving too.  It’s with this logical thinking that has helped Michael problem solve different projects in his career and personal development. 

It came at no surprise when Michael received a prophetic prayer in 2023 from a leading Bishop of his church organisation where he would be stepping into entrepreneurship.  Michael didn’t take too much notice of this prayer at the time until 2024 came along where he would spend a time dedicated in prayer and fasting.  It was through this time with God, that Michael's purpose and vision for his life became clearer.  Michael felt a calling to help people through the skills that he had developed over the years. Skills in both customer service and media.  This is where COE Media Dynamics was born.

The business Michael had started in COE Media Dynamics has really helped him understand his “why” in his career.  Michael did not want to work for a company where he was not satisfied with the work he produced, or the policies he needed to abide by.  Michael wanted to work with a purpose, with value, and with his own intentions.  He want to help others who need help, not because it comes easy for him to troubleshoot their enquiry, but because it fills him with a sense of accomplishment when he is able to deliver a product or service that makes his clients or customers happy.

Through COE Media Dynamics, Michael intends to delivery high quality customer service through a combination of products, services, and ongoing training and consultations.  It is though these intentions Michael is able to empower his clients with the tools needed to allow their church, ministry, or business to thrive.
